What is the difference between HALO and HALO bit ?
Halo is a full face helmet that offers an integrated smart, connected experience for your ride. Halo Bit is an attachment to the Ather Open Face Helmet (sold after 2024) that adds smart capability to your existing helmet. Both Halo and Halo Bit, add audio experiences such as Ather Voice, Music, Calls while using the Helmet.
How do I charge Halo & Halo bit?
Halo and Halo Bit can be charged with a USB cable, either at home or through the charger in the boot of Rizta. We recommend using a USB PD charger.
Which scooters are Halo and Halo Bit compatible with?
Halo and Halo Bit are compatible with all our scooter models. With compatible Rizta models, you can charge the Halo and Halo Bit in the boot of the scooter. With Atherstack Pro, you can control music and calls on your ride.
How do I charge the product ?
Halo and Halo Bit can be charged with a USB-C cable.
How long will a single charge last?
The Halo has a battery life of about 18 hours, giving you nearly a week of usage on a single charge.
Can I still hear other vehicle horns and other sounds while wearing Halo?
Yes. We've designed the shell to not seal you out from your surroundings. So even at full volume, you're still well aware of critical sounds on the road.
