Can I Exchange my item?
An Exchange request needs to be raised within 3 days of item delivery and would be subject to inventory. We are happy to exchange an item for you based on sizing issues or a manufacturing defect.
Kindly note that at this point we do NOT entertain return requests but will be happy to facilitate a product exchange.
How do I create an Exchange / Replacement Request?
You can drop a mail to email@example.com OR call us at 7676600900 and place the request with our customer service executive. This is available during business hours 10am to 7pm
I have created an Exchange request. When will the product be picked up?
Our Logistics partner will reach out to you within 3 - 4 working days.
