Step 1: Set iron to med-high heat and lay garment on hard surface
Step 2: Place patch where you want it and cover it with a piece of fabric
Step 3: Press down firmly for 45 seconds. Don’t move the iron back and forth
Step 4: Turn garment inside-out and iron the back of the patch for 30 seconds
Step 5: Gently check if it is secure, repeat steps 3 and 4 if necessary. Then let it cool
Note:Works best on denim/cotton fabrics for semi- permanent adhesion and is good for around 25 washes. Will not work on synthetic fabrics. Glue or sew for permanent placement.

How to measure your head
Step 1: Wrap measuring tape around forehead.
Step 2: Ensure the tape covers the peak of your forehead and right above your ears.
Step 3: Note the diameter on the tape and refer to size chart.
Step 4: Try on the helmet size and ensure that the helmet does not feel loose.
